Shipping & Delivery
We want to make it as easy as possible to get your new electric bike and start enjoying it!
FREE Shipping on All-Electric Amego Bicycles in the USA: Amego is happy to provide free shipping on electric bicycles. If shipping is over $250, we will contact you for additional shipping fees. Products will be shipped out from our US-based or our warehouse in Toronto, Canada, usually within 3 business days. We keep our website inventory up to date, but if for some reason the product is on backorder or special order, we will email you the arrival date, and you have the option to wait or cancel the order.
Amego is happy to provide Free Shipping on its Amego Infinite models, as they are warehoused in New Jersey, USA. The Amego Infinites will arrive directly from our US warehouses with building instructions. All other electric bicycles will be shipped from Canada and charged a $150 fee to cover the additional brokerage fees and increased shipping costs.
We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
We keep our website inventory up to date, but if for some reason the product is on backorder or special order, we will email you the arrival date, and you have the option to wait or cancel the order.
Order cancellation: You can cancel your order until it ships. We ship orders out as quickly as possible, so please contact us immediately after placing your order if you want to cancel.
Shipment to your local bike shop of mobile service such as Velofix: If you prefer to have the shipment delivered to your local bike shop, let us know before placing your order. We will contact them and arrange for the delivery.
Any additional delivery charges will be charged to you, including tailgate fees, address changes, and missed appointments. If your bike or box arrives damaged, you must indicate the delivery slip's damage before it is signed. Please always accept the delivery, or additional fees can be inccured. Please contact Amego with pictures of the box damage, bike damage, and a picture of the shipping slip that indicated damages.
Returns & Replacements
We go through a thorough inspection process before shipping products, and we carefully select all of our products to ensure high-quality components and reliability. If you are not completely satisfied for some reason, we want to know so we can help.
Returns: Unused electric bikes, parts, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of the delivery of the product in the original non-damaged packaging for 1) Store credit towards future purchase less shipping costs or 2) Refund of the purchase price less a 15% re-stocking fee and shipping costs. We will ask you to pay the return shipping cost of the purchase. We can help arrange return shipping through our courier network. Replacements: While we pick our shipping partners and pack your shipment carefully, sometimes things go wrong, so we are here to help. If your shipment arrives and is damaged or incorrect, please let the delivery company know then contact us immediately. Please check your shipment on arrival and let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
